CHILDFIND INFORMATION
Each year, public schools conduct a ChildFind search to locate any children with disabilities ages 3 thru 21,who might be in need of Special Education services.
Resources Available:
Kokomo School Corporation Preschool Evaluations -Conducted for children ages 3 – 5. Parent may call Early Childhood Assessment Team, located at Elwood Haynes Elementary School (765 454-7050) to discuss an evaluation need.
Bona Vista Positive Results – Developmental Screenings held three (3) times a year. Contact 765 454-5340 for more information.
Kokomo School Corporation KDG. thru Gr. 12 - Parents of School age seeking an evaluation should contact the district school of residence for additional information.
