Children who attend a Kokomo Schools preschool program
experience a world of Inquiry, Exploration, and Discovery. Preschool students
are immersed in an environment that provides literacy, math, science, art, and
creative expression, as well as music and movement. The curriculum is based on
Indiana’s Early Learning Development Framework. Half-day preschool classes are
FREE to Kokomo School Corporation residents, while half of the full-day, co-pay
preschool program is FREE for Kokomo School Corporation residents.
Transportation for Kokomo School Corporation Community Preschools is not
provided.
Bon Air Elementary Technology Academy
Bon Air is a neighborhood school where students and teachers
are engaged in a balanced learning environment utilizing technology. For the
2018-2019 school year, Bon Air will have FREE half-day preschool classes for 3

Sycamore is an authorized International Baccalaureate World
School, which includes a cohort of the KEY (High Ability) program. For the

Boulevard STEM
Elementary School (with a full-day Outdoor Preschool)
Boulevard Elementary students experience Science,
Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) as a way of understanding the world.
Boulevard offers FREE half-day preschool classes for 3 and 4 year olds. Also,
Boulevard provides a full-day, co-pay Outdoor Early Childhood program, which is

focusing on the “workshop approach” for reading, writing, and math. Elwood

Darrough Chapel Early Learning Center
Head Start provides FREE full-day preschool programs for
eligible 3 and 4 year olds at the Darrough Chapel campus. Transportation is
