Many facilities throughout our district are available for rent via a Kokomo School Corporation Facility Use Agreement.

1. Contact Tamara Howard for facility rental options, fee schedule, necessary forms, and with any questions you may have.

2. If availability is confirmed, the following will be required:

   • Certificate of Liability Insurance

   • Facilities Usage Agreement

   • Proof of your organization's 501 C-3 status, if applicable

3. Payment of the full rental fee must be received prior to the date of use.

KSC takes great pride in our buildings and grounds. These dedicated staff members are responsible for maintaining, servicing, and improving more than 15 schools with thousands of square feet, located over hundreds of acres, for our 5,000 Wildkat students each year.

From addressing everyday issues to overseeing maintenance, grounds, custodial, facility use, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, our Maintenance and Grounds team goes above and beyond to improve the physical learning environment for our students, staff, and community.

KSC grounds crews are dedicated team members who maintain hundreds of acres, athletic fields, and playground equipment and, are our first-responders during inclement weather.
